All roofing services are subject to a signed written agreement that takes precedence over any information on this website. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Project scope, materials, schedule, warranty, and payment terms are governed by the signed agreement.
Licensing & Insurance
Sun State Solar and Roofing, LLC holds Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor License #CCC1334700 and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. License and insurance documentation available on request.
Solar Disclosure
Solar electrical work referenced on this website is performed in partnership with our licensed solar contractor partners under the Powur platform. Sun State Solar and Roofing handles roofing-side work and project coordination. Specific terms of any solar project are governed by the agreement signed with the installation entity.
Warranties
Workmanship warranty terms vary by project type and are specified in the signed agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are governed by their terms. We help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun State's liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
